Engineering and tested in house
Xeamos is an engineering firm and all our systems are developed and tested in-house. We also offer expertise in areas such as sound attenuation, soot filter and SCR technology, combining everything within a single system. Models that have not been used before are meticulously checked by our engineers using dedicated software CFD Analyses to ensure they function optimally. We calculate the pressure drop of the entire exhaust system, and make thermal and/or power calculations. We are common to the actual regulations. Fully up to speed with the latest regulations related to emissions, safety and more, and can provide you with a system that offers a guaranteed performance and lifespan.

Compact in-container design
Our Zero NOx Compact Design solution integrates the complete aftertreatment system within the container. This results in an efficient, space-saving solution that meets the demands of modern data centers.
By keeping all components including SCR/DPF, silencer, and control unit within the container footprint, installation becomes simpler and external structures are no longer required. This reduces both installation time and total costs, while making optimal use of available site space and allowing containers to be safely stacked.

Custom design is our standard
Custom SCR designs are meant to be “first time right”. Using in-house developed calculation models and FEM and CFD software we can predict the performance of our systems up front to eliminate risks. Field experience and test bed testing have proven that Xeamos models are exceptionally accurate.
Using knowledge of the chemical reaction rates of specific catalyst types, the catalyst geomatery is calculated for each specific engine and application.
In many systems the back pressure needs to be accurately calculated. Using CFD software a “mbar” accuracy can be achieved. Based on modelling, all critical parameters ara calculated to ensure a “first time right” design.
