Lumipol Group is a family business and consists of a number of internationally operating technology companies. Our common denominator: Powering the world. These companies are active in the field of power systems, or powertrains. We do this in various niche markets: diesel engines, pumps, generators and associated control electronics. From application advice to building a complete powertrain together: as a technology partner we continue to surprise our customers in positive ways with total solutions.

History

Xeamos was established in February 2017 as a joint-venture between NPS Diesel (now named NPS Driven) and Solfic Energy & Emission. Founded by Alwin de Kock, Solfic has grown since 2000 into a leading specialist in emission reductions using exhaust after treatment technology. Over the years, NPS Diesel has developed a global sales and service network related to superyacht generators. A closer cooperation was a logical next step and forces were formally joined in 2019 to operate solely under the name Xeamos BV. The combination of the strong points of both family-owned companies turned out to be a successful strategy.
