The ongoing growth at Xeamos in terms of products, client base and the sectors we serve with emissions-reducing solutions has not gone unnoticed by our parent company, the Lumipol Group. It has just agreed a major expansion of our activities with a move in March 2024 to new premises in our home-town of Wijchen. The current building of Diesel Equipment Trading (another member of the Lumipol family of companies) will be expanded with brand-new office space spanning some 900 square metres.
This new premises will be taken over by Xeamos and we will also have around 800 square metres of first-class workshop and warehouse space. The building will be sustainably heated by means of a heat pump with the energy required generated via solar panels. The move should enable Xeamos to double its production of aftertreatment systems within three years.
“I am proud of the progress that Xeamos has made over the past 25 years,” says the company’s founder Alwin de Kock. “We have grown from a small start-up to an industry leader in aftertreatment systems.” As technical director, De Kock is now focused on the ongoing development of the Xeamos product portfolio, with Bertil Breijnaerts having taken on the role of general manager in February 2023. “Clean Air Engineering is our contribution to a more sustainable world,” adds Breijnaerts. “Everyone at Xeamos is looking forward to the move and what the future will bring.”
