Exhaustive training

If there’s one way to ensure satisfied clients, it’s to ensure that our partners around the world can offer their customers the combined fruits of our carefully vetted partners’ own extensive experience and our own quarter-century of engineering excellence. We do this not only by offering close technical support to our partners but also by delivering hands-on one-to-one training in all things Xeamos via our Xeamos Training Centre.

Case in point: we recently welcomed Özgür Akay, Managing Director of Marinel – our partner for the yachting sector in Turkey – for an intensive course covering independent commissioning and servicing of Xeamos solutions on board. The idea of transfer of knowledge through a Xeamos academy is something that is central to our ethos here at Xeamos, not only to ensure our partners can offer the best service to their clients, but also to further knowledge and education about the importance of exhaust after-treatment and the positive impacts it has in all aspects.

“At Xeamos we believe investing time in training sessions to facilitate the training and transfer of knowledge to partners is both very important and hugely valuable,” says Daniel van Drunen, Sales Manager at Xeamos. “Moreover, it builds on the positives of partnering with Xeamos – access to more than 25 years expertise in the design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of exhaust after-treatment systems. Engineering is in our DNA, and our expert team has intimate knowledge of how vessels operate and how engine rooms work across every sector of the maritime industry. It’s an invaluable resource that we are only too happy to share with our partners, who bring their own expertise and sector knowledge too.”
