I started at Xeamos as a service engineer some three years ago, since when I’ve expanded my activities by adding implementation to the mix. Having this opportunity to grow and develop my skills is one of the reasons why I enjoy working at Xeamos. Another factor is the size of the company which means that staff members don’t just become numbers. The lines of communication are also short and everyone knows each other.

Xeamos is clearly going places as a brand and everyone is contributing as we consistently take things to the next level. Even when I’m busy working in the field I’m constantly involved with new developments and often asked to give my opinion. I also have lots of freedom when it comes to planning my work and activities. 

Coming into contact with such a wide range of clients in my work is a pleasure. Everyone is different and I’ve established some good relationships, business and personal, in the Netherlands and abroad. This diversity is at the heart of the Xeamos success story and I am pleased to be playing my part
