Xeamos gears up for September showtime!

September is always an exciting month, as the languid days of summer give way to the start of the Autumn show season – and for Xeamos, that means a chance to meet with clients, partners and prospective customers atthe Cannes Yachting Festival, Genoa International Boat Show, and the Monaco Yacht Show, all in quick succession. If you want to see what we’ve been up to, explore our innovative and emissions-reducing exhaust aftertreatment systems up close, or talk to one of our teamin person, September is the perfect opportunity!

Cannes Yachting Festival, 9-14 September, Booth Jetée 127

First up is the Cannes Yachting Festival at the start of September. The annual event has become one of the main stays of the global show calendar, combining the uber-chic draw of Cannes in the heart of the French Riviera with the latest uber-cool yachts and associated tenders and toys. It’s the ideal place to soak in the glam while exploring the quays and indoor displays of the town’s ports.

Xeamos will be present throughout the show, where we will be highlighting the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) exhaust aftertreatment systems we have designed for yachts up to 60 metres. Driven by customer demand, these IMO Tier III-compliant airless SCR systems are now available for propulsion engines rated at between 700 kW and 2,000 kW, with compact design ensuring suitability for yachts from 30 metres to 50 metres LOA, and with lightweight design also ensuring they are a perfect match for smaller builds.

“These vessels typically have small engine rooms and no onboard compressor,” explains Daniel van Drunen, sales manager at Xeamos. “So as demand for Tier III-certified yachts continues to rise, we have developed a custom Xeamos system specifically for this type of yacht.”

The Xeamos team will be available at booth Jetée 127 in the Vieux Port, the stand of our dealer NPS Yachting, where we will be happy to answer all your questions about our new compact SCR solution, along with answering more general enquiries about our diesel particulate filters and our options for exhaust system refits.

Monaco Yacht Show, 24-27 September, Booth DS60

Over three decades, the Monaco Yacht Show has grown to become the iconic show for superyachts worldwide – a celebration of the skill, ingenuity, passion and craftsmanship that goes into designing, building and owning the finest yachts in the world (and, in some cases, their Xeamos exhaust and aftertreatment systems!).

With emissions and environmental impact becoming an ever-increasing focus of the industry and for owners, the Monaco Yacht Show continues to look to the future and to spotlight solutions that can tackle the numerous challenges yachting is facing. It’s why this year we are proud to be part of the show’s Blue Wake Route – a rigorously vetted collection of forward-thinking companies providing proven, viable and sustainable solutions to the yachting industry.

The Blue Wake programme has been developed by Monaco Yacht Show in partnership with Water Revolution Foundation, ensuring that only the most credible and effective initiatives are showcased. It gives owners, owner representatives, industry, captains and other stakeholders the chance to explore cutting-edge technologies, meet industry leaders driving positive change, and discover practical solutions to reduce the environmental impact of yachting – and it also gives Xeamos the opportunity to demonstrate the real-world positive impact our systems have not only on reducing emissions but also on dramatically improving the onboard experience for owners, guests and crew.

You can visit us at booth DS60 in the Darse Sud pavilion throughout the show, where we will be happy to answer your questions and talk you through our custom solutions that can be tailored to your project.
